To operate effectively and provide our services, we ask that you grant the following permissions:
Any photos or videos you upload to our lost and found listings may be visible to anyone performing a search for a similar item.
You have full control to delete your photos, videos, or your entire account at any time via your profile settings.
You grant us permission to display your name, profile image, and item-related information (e.g., lost pets or items) as needed to provide and improve our services.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The updated Terms will take effect upon posting.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if your actions are found to violate our Terms or cause harm to the platform or community.
YOULOSTY PROVIDES ITS PRODUCTS “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or third parties or for any content they share.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouLosty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of our Products. In no event shall our total liability exceed one U.S. dollar (US$1.00) or the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding twelve months.
